When will orders be shipped?
We process all orders within 3-7 working days, while in stock.
How long will it take to receive my order once it has been shipped?
All orders shipped to customers in South Africa should be delivered in two to three days by courier.
How do I track my order?
We will email you at each stage of delivery, but if you would like to find out where your order is, email us at info@joouly.co.za, and don’t forget to include your order number.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If you order hasn’t shipped yet we will try our best to amend it.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
